What is the return period?

You have 15 calendar days to return the Slippers from the date you received them. To be eligible for a return, your Slippers must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Your Slippers must be in the original packaging. Once we receive the Slippers, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned Slippers. Non-returnable open and used slippers.

For the safety of all our clients we can not accept Slippers that were opened or used.

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us using the Contact Form, including your order number and your request, adding pictures. We will, of course, credit you with the purchase amount and the return costs incurred.

How long does it take to ship?

You can count 5 working days for the fulfillment of the order and 5 working days for the delivery to your address.
